Will Rodent Shield affect my car's OEM warranty?
No. Rodent Shield has no adverse impact on the existing vehicle warranty. The armor is wrapped over the wiring without cutting, splicing or modifying any OEM component.
What warranty do I get with Rodent Shield?
Every Rodent Shield installation comes with a 1-year installation warranty from the date of installation, covering defects or issues arising from the installation. If rodent damage to your vehicle's wiring occurs within that year and our inspection finds it is installation-related, we replace the damaged wiring at our cost. The material itself is designed to last up to 5 years under normal operating conditions — that is a durability specification, not a 5-year warranty. How long does the installation take?
A full installation takes about 4 hours. Our technicians come to your doorstep — installation is free, with no extra cost.
Which parts of the car are protected?
We armor the engine bay wiring, the wiring harness, underbody cables and fuel pipes — the areas rodents most commonly chew.
Does it need any maintenance?
No. It is a one-time installation. The nylon polyamide armor is durable, long-lasting and requires no maintenance.
How is this better than rat repellent sprays?
Sprays wear off in weeks and need constant re-application. Rodent Shield is a physical, non-chewable barrier that protects permanently after a single installation.
What does it cost?
Pricing starts at ₹9,999 for small cars and varies by vehicle type (T&C apply). Doorstep installation is included at no extra cost.
